The Chicken Port Said at Shiraz Armenian Cuisine consisted of a huge batch of saute mushrooms in butter, and freshly crushed garlic, pepper, and salt. The perfect amount of lemon was added and stirred in to give it a little added zest. Served over rice with lemon slices and chopped fresh parsley, the chicken was super tender and seasoned perfectly and the abundance of mushrooms was a delicious addition to the rice and chicken. This is the perfect meal and there is plenty to take home and enjoy the next day. The grape leaves are also amazing here… -DD
