Last night, four local chefs went head to head in a Chopped-style throw down at The White Room. The competition was held as a fundraiser for Jeremiah’s Inn and secret ingredients were selected to reflect common items found in the organization’s food pantry. Participants included Michael Arrastia of Hangover Pub, Rachel Coit of Kummerspeck, Christopher O’Harra of Flying Rhino, and Jay Powell of the Twisted Fork. Mr. O’Harra took home the “Golden Cleaver,” winning first prize. The results were determined by esteemed judges: Alina Eisenhauer, Jim Eber, and Mike Fisher.
