Vegetable Quesadilla

As it appears on the Menu: Pepper jack cheese, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, scallions.

Review: The quesadilla was good, with a good amount of veggies and the added jalapenos added a good spice. The tortilla was nice and crispy but would have benefited from fresh guacamole. The sour cream helped to compliment the spice from the jalapenos.

The Double Stack Black Bean Burger

As it appears on the Menu: Two vegan black bean patties cooked in a stone hearth oven with toppings of your choice.

The Facts on the Dish: These patties were topped with the Indian Double Dare—lettuce, tomato, red onion and a ghost chili sour cream—the hottest pepper on the planet from northeastern India.

Review: The sandwich was large but seemed like they were from frozen patties—a little disappointing. For sides were veggie rice soup, which was tasty, a little spicy but was thin, without a lot of veggies or rice. The bun was delicious, soft and large.
