The Chicken Korma from Surya Indian Restaurant is a chicken Breast with cream, cashew, sliced almonds and raisins. The sauce with big chunks of chicken was rich with cream, a slightly coconut flavor and lots of butter. It was yummy, rich and with a slight hint of sweet, but over all it was still a bit to hot for me, even though I ordered it mild. I got the cheese Nan on the side and it was filling, spicy and delicious. -DD
