The cook to order style at Sweet T Southern Kitchen makes the steak fresh and crispy and HOT. Juicy on the inside and crispy goodness on the outside. All things were seasoned very well and in a large portion. The white gravy over the top (not on the side- we highly recommend it being smothered) added a wonderful extra flavor that screamed “this is real southern food.” Just a tad spicy and the perfect amount of salty. But it if you want hot and spicy get the Jambalaya- It was super spicy and hot – we love it hot and boy did this deliver. It was just the way we like it. And finally after all that it was served with a small piece of corn bread and that was cooked well- it kept its moisture and tasted good. I would will be back here again… -SE
