As I wasn’t being as adventurous as my fellow foodies were, I decided to go with the no-frills, safe, pasta with meatballs (also available with sausage) available at Caffe Espresso Trattoria. If I found curt the menu description for this entrée, that was par for this dish as the sauce was simple, if not bland, and the meatballs were overcooked. If it were not for the chicken soup, which came with the meal, being packed with big chunks of meat, combined with the extremely friendly staff, I might have been less than satisfied with my decision. Part of my decision came about because it was the least expensive entrée on the menu. Looking as if it was also the most generous serving, it was a great value for one looking for quantity and simplicity. Because of these factors, I will give Caffe Espresso Trattoria a second try.
