Summer is almost here and we can’t wait to celebrate with everyone at Wooberry for a custom ice cream and cocktail pairing!
And to kick off the hottest season of the year, Mass Foodies is teaming up with the ice cream king of Worcester, WooBerry Ice Cream, and with Joy Flanagan from MS Walker (rated Worcester’s best bartender during her tenure at Armsby Abbey).
The event, hosted at Wooberry begins promptly at 6:00 pm with a palette cleansing Prosecco welcome provided by Latitude Beverages and check-in. From there attendees will get hands on with an offering intended to gain an insight about how “craft ice creams” differ from those mass produced at popular chains. In addition to a hands-on program, guests will enjoy trying three, exclusive flavored ice creams paired with tastings hand made by Joy Flanagan.
- Peloton de la Muerte mezcal, chili liqueur, mango, lime, agave served with a mango sorbet
- Garnish Island Gin, Elderflower liqueur, lemon, prosecco served with Bilberry ice cream
- A special Turkish coffee style concoction of West Cork whiskey and Allen’s coffee flavored brandy served with Vietnamese Coffee Ice Cream
