I love the vegetable pakoras from Surya Indian Restaurant, they were filled with flavor and spices, these were very tasty and I can safely say these are one of my favorites. I ordered the chicken matter and requested it be medium (we had a choice of mild medium and hot). The chicken was minced and the peas were well cooked and not mushy. Everything was very delicious and I would return and order this dish again. The Aloo nan was very thick and filling, it was served hot and steamy and was very flavorful. I really enjoyed my meal. -SE
