An Italian friend of mine said this, “because Chicken Parmesan is often considered an overly simplistic dish, you can tell the quality and innovation of the chef based on there ability to make it well.” That being said, the chicken parm from Blackstone Bistro had great sauce that was a bright, beautiful red, and had a thick consistency, and a mild, wonderful sweetness to it. The chicken was moist and tender on the inside but with a nice crispy outside breading. To my taste it was cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend this version of chicken parmesan to other folks, because I would not share.
