Who says that art should be restricted to the canvasses at the Worcester Art Museum? With an updated menu, the Café at WAM is serving food that even an art critic would love. The Zorn sandwich, for example, is a twist on the grilled cheese with two slices of a seven grain bread, creamy Brie, and cranberry and apple chutney, grilled to melt together like the brush strokes of a master. Accompanied with a side of cold tortellini and cubed squash and tomato this dish is a great excuse to escape the galleries.
