Restaurant: Piccolo’s, Shrewsbury Street
As it appears in the menu: Sauteed chicken, white mushrooms, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, capers, roasted garlic and marsala wine sauce over linguine.
The Facts: As Piccolo’s encourage their dishes as made to order, I substituted the linguine with spicy marinara and gemineli.
Foodie’s Review: Spicy! The tender chicken provides a canvas for the perfect compliment of flavors without competing with each other. It is a large portion, plated appealingly, that will be enjoyed as leftovers.
