Rosalina’s Kitchen is a small quaint restaurant nestled in a neighborhood in Worcester.
Our server was so nice and helpful and Rosalina’s was super busy for a Wednesday night, always a good sign of good food.
I ordered the Caprese salad, sans tomatoes, I know strange. Fresh basil, slices of mozzarella, balsamic and slight drizzle of olive oil was just what I was craving. Yes, I did share.
For my main dish, I ordered Arrabbiata with chicken – sautéed in a spicy white wine sauce with mushrooms, tomatoes, & pepper rings. The servings are very large. My meal was excellent, not too spicy and the white wine sauce was a delicate balance to the flavors without being too heavy. The pasta I selected was ziti, while it was not homemade was very good, cooked to perfection. Overall, I very much enjoyed my dinner.
I also was able to try my neighbor’s stuffed ravioli dessert, (thank you!) stuffed with peanut butter, oh my, my…. That was simply delectable, again very large, enough to share.
In addition to having fantastic food, Rosalina’s Kitchen is also a BYOB something about a BYOB place; I always think the food is better.
