Clark University alums Victoria Mariano and Adi Tibrewal will be hosting the much-anticipated grand opening of Bull Mansion, a New American Bistro, on September 2nd at 55 Pearl Street in Worcester, MA. A soft opening will be held prior, on August 25th. Bull Mansion is also host to the Gratitude Festival on September 9th and 10th.
Mariano and Tibrewal are the innovative, community-centered, powerhouse team behind the new restaurant that will soon be found in the historic downtown building. Mariano, CEO and co-founder/owner of Spiritual Haze and Electric Haze, has over 8 years of experience in developing and running small businesses. Tibrewal is assistant vice president at Blue Hills Bank and has been heavily involved with many business ventures in Worcester. Tibrewal also serves as a volunteer Board member with Stand Up for Kids-Worcester, and as a Corporator at the Greater Worcester Community Foundation.
Featuring hand-crafted, boldly-flavored food and drinks with attention to quality, sustainability and careful selection, Bull Mansion will offer a complete day-night experience — host to a stimulating bistro and bar, lively entertainment, and striking private functions rooms. Together, under the Bull Mansion name, Mariano and Tibrewal will be concocting a brilliant mix of sustainable food items and carefully selected products with attention to fine detail and high standards across all elements.
“This is the dream of community, sustainability, culture and excellence all coming together inside a piece of Worcester history,” says Mariano. “We couldn’t be more excited to bring this dream to life to share with everyone. We’re bringing the best parts of our community together to create a stimulating environment where people can find creative cuisine, innovative concepts and varied entertainment all in one place. We will not only feature an eclectic mix of live entertainment on a weekly basis – but also feature performance art and more by locally, regionally and internationally known Worcester area artists and musicians.” The value of fresh and vibrant, wholesome foods will be showcased in every dish and will be hand-crafted with close attention to quality and unique flavors.
Functions will be a mainstay of the new restaurant. The new function hall will be available for rental for events of over 200 guests ranging from corporate functions to weddings and anything in between. Bull Mansion will offer a hub for electric entertainment mixed with turn-of-the-century craftsmanship. The main level will seat 85 guests inside, 45 outside on the patio, while live entertainment and event space will be held upstairs, providing space for an additional 200+ guests.
